BTW-Automatic: 2 Hour Behind-The-Wheel Lessons Boulder Location May Have Immediate Openings, Call the Office to Verify Availability!!!! L100: is designed to train students to drive on area roads in three to four lessons lasting two hours each. STudents drive a CDI- dual- control vehicle. Progress will depend on the amount of practice and level of skill developed between lessons. Parents are encouraged to ride along. Skill areas include: Basic Lesson: Vehicle operation; signaling, braking intersections, right-of-way; curb procedure; lane changes, slowing & stopping; traffic patterns; right &left turns, and more... City Lesson: Drive one way streets, multiple traffic light intersections, turn only/ double turn lanes, review parallel parking, adjust in traffic speeds, mountain driving and more... Highway Lesson: In heavy traffic execute multiple lane changes, mirror monitoring, turns on/off main arteries, ramp techniques, includes sample State Driving Test... |

Hours of Behind-The-Wheel Training
L100: This brush-up course provides
clear evaluation and assessment of the general driving skills of
the licensed driver. We provide practice and opportunity to review
any and all basic driving skills while driving in a variety of traffic
situations. In this two-hour training segment, while driving our
dual-control vehicles, drivers receive direction and guidance for
facing specific challenges, from residential driving to city driving,
as well as interstate highways. We customize this lesson to emphasize
what the driver wants and needs. As a follow-up course we include
a Sample BOST (Basic Operating Skills Test). If you qualify for
a license test, the permit holder has the option of testing for
their license. |

BTW-Clutch:
2hrs of Behind-The-Wheel Clutch Training L100+F30: This course does a great job of preparing the student for driving any car! Three two-hour training segments using an automatic transmission, and one two-hour training segment using a manual transmission provide a wide range of skill development challenges that fully prepares the student for many common and uncommon road conditions. Development of the additional skill for using a clutch to change gears is a natural and logical extension of the skill sets learned in other BTW sessions. |

BTW-BrushUp (Clutch):
2 Hours Behind-The-Wheel Clutch Training L100+F30: This course is designed to train any driver in a two-hour training segment, to successfully use a clutch without stalling, and to move through a standard shift pattern associated with a manual transmission. Particular emphasis is given to downshifting, holding one's position on a hill, creeping, and hill starts. |

SERVICE 10: BOST*
Conducted in CDI Car Only
S10:
State Driving Exam or BOST = Basic Operating Skills Test for
Non-CDI Students. This is the same driving test that is
conducted by the DMV. We are licensed to provide 3rd party
testing services that you can then take to the DMV and get your
Driver's License. |
